Karen has called Raleigh home since 2001, graduated from Meredith College, and has worked in technology since 2012. Karen’s mission is to streamline and simplify HR functions to create a meaningful, rewarding working environment that naturally enables people to flourish. Recruiting has given her a greater understanding of people and their situations, and she is always gratified to see how a job can change someone's life. Karen loves Emerald Isle, NC, traveling, volunteering, and animals (especially Labradors).
